GCFasthub is the proprietary dashboard GCC runs its service on: every task is tracked, every contract has its place, every deadline a reminder.
Board
Four quick actions for a General Counsel's day: reply to an email, start a research, draft or review a contract, search the archive. Open work stays in sight until it is done.
Vault
The archive of signed contracts, with labels and folders. For each document the Archivist extracts counterparty, subject, value and dates; search runs on the text and on all extracted data. By default only the metadata is kept, not the file.
Deadlines & reports
A 60-day timeline of expiries and termination notices to send, calculated from notice periods. Year-to-date indicators and CSV reports to account for the legal department's work.

The morning emails
Reads the thread and proposes a reply in a professional legal tone, ready to review and send.
When research is needed
Looks into legislation, GDPR, NIS2, DORA and cybersecurity, with a conservative approach and reasoned answers.
Draft or review
Drafts from scratch or reviews a Word or PDF draft: additions in bold, deletions struck through, formatting preserved.
Signature and archive
Files the signed document, extracts the key data and sets deadlines for contract lifecycle management.
The summary, ready on open
Reads the uploaded document and produces a front-page summary, ready before opening the file and available for follow-up questions.
The agents support the professional, they do not replace them: every text is reviewed by a General Counsel.
Confidential by design, not as an add-on
A legal department holds a company's most sensitive information. GCFasthub is designed around that fact.
Data in the European Union
Infrastructure and storage in Frankfurt; AI models are processed exclusively in European regions.
Zero data training
Contracts, documents and conversations are never used to train artificial intelligence models.
Encryption at rest and in transit
Data encrypted at rest with managed keys (KMS) and in transit over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 and 1.3). Every file keeps its SHA-256 fingerprint.
Two-factor authentication
MFA with an authenticator app and recovery codes, which can be made mandatory for the whole organisation. Lockout after failed attempts.
Isolation between organisations
Each company only sees its own data. Hierarchical roles and labels define who accesses which folders and documents.
Full traceability
Every action on documents, including denied access, is recorded in an append-only audit log, exportable for audits.
PII anonymisation
On request, names, tax codes, IBANs and other personal data are masked before reaching the AI model, processed on European infrastructure.
